Pinasco Power Sport Clutch Vespa PX200, T5125
This NEWFREN produced Sport Clutch is designed to enhance power transmission from the motor to the gearbox. Compared to the PIAGGIO stock component, its hardened springs and extra clutch friction plate result in significantly improved clutch functionality. It comes in two size variations: The larger measuring 115mm outer, and 108mm inner diameter; the smaller size is 108mm outer, 96mm inner diameter. For 125-150cc VESPA models, installation of the larger size and minor modifications to the oil channelling of the clutch and crankcase is needed to properly fit it. Primary drive cogs of different sizes can be used to alter motor gearing.
This Clutch can be used in 125 models, but the primary drive and the clutch gear must be changed to incorporate a bigger gear.
To fit all models up to 1995 before the Cosa Clutch was introduced.
